Born and raised in Westchester County, NY, Stephen is a graduate of Pace University School of Law in White Plains, NY where he earned a Juris Doctorate. His two undergraduate degrees are from the University of Richmond, where he played intercollegiate football for the Richmond Spiders as a scholarship athlete.
