Stephen regularly appears in the City, Town, Village, and County Courts throughout Westchester County, Putnam County, Orange County, Rockland County, New York County, and Bronx County, defending and protecting the rights of those who have been arrested and charged with crimes ranging from traffic tickets to criminal violations to DWI/DUI offenses to criminal misdemeanors and felonies.
