Yorktown Justice Court has two Town Justices, each elected to a four year term of office.

The justices preside over the Justice Court and hear traffic, civil and criminal cases pertinent to Yorktown. The courthouse is located at 2295 Crompond Road, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598 (across from the Police Department). Court sessions are held Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:00 p.m. for all criminal cases.
